Tribeca Loft

The challenge of this 3500 square foot loft was how to divide the space into usable, comfortable living spaces. We did this by delineating two seating areas, one with a wood burning fireplace, a dining area, a reading/work nook and 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths.
