Upper East Side Condo

This was a complete gut renovation in a signature condo on New York’s Upper East Side. The project included a kitchen, formal dining room, media room, laundry, great room, entry, two bedrooms, office/guest room and 3 ½ baths. This was installed as a complete smart home with all elements reachable remotely by the client from their other two residences. The home includes an extensive art collection that was well integrated into the design. Much of the furniture was custom made or selected from our furniture lines.
